We do not list properties, facilitate transactions, provide legal advice, or offer professional real estate services. Our platform aggregates and presents publicly available information to assist users in their independent home search activities.

The availability and functionality of our services may vary and are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

As a condition of your use of Las Vegas Home Searches services, you agree to:

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, including contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
